Collection and Use of Personal Data

Arte.ee collects personal data through the e-store to provide services, ensure delivery of orders, and fulfill obligations to the customer.
We collect the following personal data: name, address, phone number, email address, information about purchases made by the customer and contracts concluded with the customer, and in the case of a company, additionally the VAT number.
Arte.ee sends direct marketing, campaign, and discount offers to customers only if the customer has given explicit consent. The customer has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
Only employees designated by arte.ee have access to the database of collected personal data.
Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data is transferred to the online store’s customer support for managing purchases and purchase history and solving customer problems.
Name, phone number, and email address are forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer’s address is also provided in addition to the contact details.
If the online store’s accounting is done by a service provider, personal data may be transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes when necessary.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if necessary to ensure the functionality or data hosting of the online store.
Storage of Personal Data
In case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data is stored until the claim is fulfilled or until the expiration of the limitation period. Personal data necessary for accounting is stored for seven years.
Modification and Deletion of Personal Data
Personal data collected for customer identification and contact can be viewed, modified, and supplemented on the “My Account” page of our website.
